This policy explains how www.upperthomsonresidence.sg ("this website") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data. It is written to comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). By submitting an enquiry form on this website, you consent to the practices described below.
Through the enquiry and registration forms we collect: your name, email address, mobile number, your preferred contact day and time, the unit types you indicate interest in, and which materials you request (brochure, price list, showflat appointment). We do not ask for, and you should not submit, financial account details, identification numbers or other sensitive personal data through these forms.
We also collect limited technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser and device type, referring page and on-site behaviour, through analytics and advertising tools.
By submitting a form you consent to being contacted by voice call, SMS, WhatsApp or email regarding your enquiry, including where your number is listed on the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry. This consent is specific to the enquiry you submitted. You may withdraw it at any time, and we will stop sending marketing communications within a reasonable period.
Form submissions are transmitted to and stored in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script. Your data may be shared with the appointed marketing representatives handling your enquiry, and with the developer or its appointed marketing agency where required to process a booking or appointment. We do not sell your personal data.
This website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure advertising performance and to build audiences for advertising. The pixel may set cookies and share event data with Meta. You can limit this through your browser cookie settings and through Meta's own ad preference controls.
We retain enquiry data only for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We apply reasonable security arrangements to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and withdraw your consent to its use. Requests can be made through the enquiry form on this website and will be handled within a reasonable period.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of this website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
